Edward Stephen Pitts was born October 10, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois to Raymond and Lavergne Siers Pitts, and passed away on October 31, 2016 in Houston, Texas. He served our country in the United States Army as a Medical Corpsman and was a Materials Manager in the oil and gas industry.

He is survived by wife, Dee Ann Pitts; daughters, Erica and Ellen Pitts; son-in-law, Ron Francis. He was also survived by parents Ed and Nancy Eddy; brothers, Mike and Jason Pitts; sister, Nikki Eddy; grandchildren, Mikayla and Brock Francis, as well as many other family members and friends.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3 to 5 pm Saturday, November 5, 2016  at Klein Funeral Home - Champions, 16131 Champion Forest Drive, Spring, TX, 77379. In keeping with Ed's vibrant spirit, we encourage everyone to dress in bright, colorful attire. As we all know, Ed will be smiling down in his favorite Tommy Bahama Hawaiian shirt. Contributions in Ed's honor can be made directly to Dee Pitts.
