Edward William Heidenrich Jr. was born in Ottawa, Illinois on October 21,1936, and passed away in Houston, Texas on March 17, 2025.

Edward was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Charlotte Ahnell Heidenrich; his father, Edward William Heidenrich Sr. and mother Mildred Channel Heidenrich, and sister Mildred J. Heidenrich Dahl.

He is survived by his sister, Nancy Heidenrich Hardisty (Bob); children, Deborah (Mark) De Young, Jennie (Bruce) Randall, David (Susan) Heidenrich, and Jana (Robert) Brooks;  grandchildren, Lynea (Jason) Sander, Rebekah (Zachary) Stuckwisch, Hanna Theiss, Abby Heidenrich, Emily Heidenrich; and 9 great grandchildren.

He devoutly shared his Christian faith with those he came into contact with during his life. He will be missed by all who knew him.

A Graveside committal service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery at 6619 Klein Cemetery Road at 10:00 AM on April 26th, 2025.  Officiated by Reverend Mark De Young.
