Dustin Ott, passed away April 21, 2021.  He was born November 6, 1971, in Hammond, Indiana to the late Russell Ott and Launitta Simmons.

He was a life long member of the Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his, mother, Launitta Simmons and husband Jack; brother, Michael Ott and wife Gwen; niece, Savannah Ott; nephew, Lee Ott; aunt, Nancy McKinney; cousins, Carrie McKinney, Carla Grzych, and Melissa Andrew; and numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
