Dorothy Ann Harper, 80, lifelong Tomball resident departed this life on Wednesday, August 30, 2017. She retired from Tomball ISD in 1998 after 25 years of service. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bob Franklyn Harper, and daughter, Terry Kaye Harper.  She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Ronnie Parker, Bobbi and Sherman Henley, Kelly and Alan Ivins; grandchildren, Travis Ivins, Tracy Ivins Sanchez and husband Kellan, and Sherman Henley II.  The family will receive friends Friday, September 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Klein Funeral Home in Tomball.  Graveside service will be held Saturday, September 9, at 2 p.m. at Resthaven Cemetery in Houston.
