Doris Pauline Wilderman Donner passed away on January 15, 2024, in Cypress, Texas, after an amazing life of 89 years.

Doris was born on February 16, 1934, in Roblin, Manitoba, Canada, to parents Robert and Mary (Bauer) Wilderman.  She is predeceased by her parents and siblings, Eleanor (Sanders) and Eugene. Doris graduated as a Vocational Nurse in Portage La Prairie and then immigrated to the United States to become a stewardess.  There she met and married Dalhart Donner.  They settled in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In addition to raising her four children, Doris continued her career as a nurse, earning her Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing.  She worked in a number of positions until retiring from Tarrant County College at age 80.  She was an active member of her church, a community volunteer, an avid traveler, gardener, animal lover, and grandmother extraordinaire. She enjoyed the friendship of a close group of good friends. After an illness, Doris moved to the Houston area to live with her daughter.

Doris is survived by her four children, Charlotte (Edward Fuselier) Donner, Paul Donner, Brad Donner, and Linda (Rick Lucas) Donner; her 3 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Doris' life will be honored at Peace Lutheran Church, 941 W. Bedford Euless RD, in Hurst, Texas, on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 10:30 AM.  She will be interred at the Bear Creek Cemetery in Euless, Texas.
