Donna Lynn Crofford Benfer, 69, entered her eternal home on December 17, 2020. Donna was born in Houston, Texas on December 27, 1950 to Elbert and Emma Jeanne Ash Crofford. Donna graduated from Klein High School in 1968. After high school she worked as a cosmetologist in Houston with her friend and mentor, Bess Golden. Later she stayed home to care for her family and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. She rarely missed a social event and often arrived with a chocolate sheet cake. She loved people and was a loyal friend to everyone she knew.

Donna is survived by her husband of 49 years, Wayne Benfer; daughter, Amy Vann and husband Glenn; grandchildren, Kelsie and Kamren Vann; sisters, Brenda Thomson and husband Reggie, Carol Powell and husband David; brother, Gary Crofford and wife Sloan; sister-in-law, Shirley Benfer and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Emma Jeanne Ash Crofford; parents-in-law Edwin and Velora Kleb Benfer; brothers-in-law Arthur Lee Benfer and Tyson Birdwell.
