Donald Bernett Swanson, my dad, went to join my mom on the other side, February 9th. He loved sports, music, and living life! He lived a great life and gave us, his kids, a great life!  We will miss him.. He was born October 14,1927 in Ray, North Dakota to Sigfred J. and Anna B. Gronflaten Swanson. He married Gloria May Koppelsloen and she preceded him in death on May 28, 2013. He served his country in the United States Navy during World War II, and will he will be buried with his cherished wife at Houston National Cemetery.
