Donald Mitchel Hurst, 88 was born on February 18, 1930 in Gretna, Louisiana and passed away on November 11, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.

Don is preceded in death by his loving wife, Jennie Hurst and son: Gordon M. Hurst. He is survived by his son:Stuart Hurst; daughter-in-law: Jill B. Hurst; grandson: Brayden M. Hurst; sister: Reba Adam and brother-in-law: Paul Adam; as well as a host of friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Klein Funeral Home - Champion Forest. Funeral service will be on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Champion Forest Chapel at Klein Funeral Home. Don will be laid to rest at Klein Memorial Park 249 immediately following the service.
