Dolores Janet (nee Baham) Anderson, of The Woodlands, Texas passed away on June 18, 2025 at the age of 84. She was born on December 9, 1940 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Weber and Catherine Baham.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Claude J. "Andy" Anderson and their three children, Linda (Bob) Bonsutto, Gary Anderson and John (Tina) Anderson. She was blessed with three grandchildren, Amanda, Carrie, and Cole and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother David and her sister Paulette who is a dedicated and loving sister; helping care for Dolores during the last several years as she battled dementia.
She is predeceased by her parents, brother Weber, sister Linda and sister by choice Marge.
Dolores met and married Andy, when he was stationed with the Army in New Orleans, Louisiana. They moved to Ohio and lived there for 22 years where they made lifelong friends and raised their children before being transferred to Houston, Texas.
Throughout her life, Dolores was a dedicated wife and mother. She took pride in her home and in caring for her family with great love. She enjoyed bowling and spending time with friends she met through her church guild and the Red Hats Society.
Her life will be celebrated with a private gathering of family and friends, as she requested. In lieu of flowers honor Dolores with donations to one of the charities she supported.
