Dicksie Ann Crowther-Bravenec was born on January 6, 1962, and passed away on July 30, 2021.  Dicksie had cancer years ago, but it returned again about one year ago.

Dicksie is the daughter of Kenneth Jewel Crowther (1914-1967) and Peggy Frost-Crowther-Sparkman (1926-1977).  Dicksie is the granddaughter of Henrietta (Rett) Hall-Frost-Kartchner-Frost-Belfast-Goodman (1900-1966) and Jesse Clifford Frost (1887-1930).  Dicksie is the great-granddaughter of William (Will) Hall (1879-1926) and Emma Rogers-Hall (1879-1969).  Dicksie has several siblings: Kenneth (Tex) Crowther, Ted Crowther (1949-1966), Georgianna Mayfield, Dan (Butch) Crowther, Melva Jane Crowther (1964-2018), Fred Crowther, James Monroe Sparkman and Montez (Tessie) Sparkman.

Dicksie served in the Army in her younger years.  She had 5 children: Peggie Crowson, Dalphine (Bear) Jones, Dicksie Rose Jones, Michael Harper and Sean Harper.  She lived in Texas, and was married to Joseph Edward Bravenec.
