Dianna Brewer age 74 of Spring passed into the arms of her lord and savior Jesus Christ on Saturday April 27, 2024. Born March 17, 1950 to Ernest Eugene Hemphil and Meriam Juanita Murff. She graduated from Wingfield High School in 1968 and received her bachelor's degree from Mississippi State University in 1972. She lived in Louisiana and then London, England for 8 years before returning to Houston in 1985. She has been a devoted member of Champion Forest Baptist Church for over 40 years and a long time active member of the church choir. Her life has always been guided by her strong Christian Faith and belief in the Lord. Dianna is survived by her daughter Jennifer Sloan of Liberty Hill and son Jason Sloan of Spring; Robbi Garza of Dublin, California; sister Sandra Gay and niece Kathy Harrison of New Braunfels; sister Judi and husband Bill Evans of Brandon Mississippi and nephew Michael and Jeffry Hollomon. She leaves many church friends and especially her "Supper club" group of choir members. Dianna has been a successful kidney transplant recipient for the past 14 years.
