It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Diane Marie Dippold Thompson, beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend on December 2, 2024.

Born to Howard and Shirley Dippold of St. Mary's, Pennsylvania, she grew up with three younger sisters, Debbie, Donna, and Darlene.

Diane dedicated her life to her family, friends, and the Catholic Church. As a wife to Trent and a mother to her son, Joshua Trent, she was a steadfast source of unwavering support and guidance. Her kindness, selflessness, and wisdom touched all that knew her.

She retired from the insurance industry where she was know for her dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence. Her colleagues respected her ingenuity and tireless work ethic; qualities that left a lasting impact on her field.

Diane will be remembered for her warm heart and the joy she brought to those around  her.

Whether she was sharing a story, offering advice, or lending a helping hand, her presence was a blessing to all who knew her. Diane's legacy lives on through the love she cultivated in her family and the lives she touched throughout her remarkable journey. Though her passing leaves a void, her memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration.

May Diane rest in eternal peace, reunited with those who have gone before her, and forever cherished in our hearts.

A funeral service celebrating Diane's life and faith will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, at Klein Funeral Home - CyFair Northwest, 9719 Wortham Boulevard, Houston, TX 77065. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. Following the funeral service, interment will take place at Klein Memorial Park in Cypress.
