Derek Alan Metz

Derek Alan Metz passed away on April 30, 2020. Derek was born to Clyde and Merna Metz in Lafayette, California on April 24, 1963. He is preceded in death by his father and his brothers Dan Metz and Dave Metz. He is survived by his mother and his two sons Kevin Metz and Ryan Metz, his brothers Andy Metz, Doug Metz, and Don Metz and his sister Randi Odom. He also has one grandson, Asher Clyde Metz. He is also survived by a host of numerous family and friends. Derek enjoyed photography, woodworking, electrical work, building things, cars, camping, watching his sons fish, scuba diving, planes, travelling by car across the U.S. and music. Derek most liked talking about his two sons.
