Dennis Eugene Wolfe, Jr. October 10, 1952-July 24, 2017
Dennis was born in Dallas, Texas on October 10, 1952 to Dennis Eugene Wolfe, Sr. and his wife, Jeannine. He was the oldest of seven incredible children, and as the oldest, was able to take that "leadership" role through his entire life. He was full of opinions and facts and always had an answer. His team, whether it be faith, family, or football, was always the best.
Dennis loved life, loved his work, and above all loved his family and tight circle of friends. He worked and traveled tirelessly to support his wife and family; yet, never missed a single event of any of his 3 children or 11 grandchildren.
Dennis was preceded in death by his father and mother, Dennis and Jeannine Wolfe.
The most amazing love story between Dennis and Carol, started over 43 years ago. That story will continue through his surviving family; his wife Carol, daughter Cristen Hansen and husband Karl, son Trey Wolfe and wife Apryl, son Jason Wolfe and wife Lauren, 11 grandchildren, three bothers and three sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dennis supported many organizations, including:
Knights of Columbus Patriot Guard Riders Right to Life
Catholic Charities And was an avid Conservative
"Good to be me," "Good to be Denny," and "Good to be Papa". These were some of his favorite sayings as his life progressed. And of course, everyone around him agreed!
