Dennis is survived by his wife of 45 years, Pamela J. Hoffman; His son and daughter-in-law Shaun and Nicole and their children Hannah, Bryce, and Lisa Toney, mother of Bryce, and Grayson; His daughter Kelly Hoffman, her children Samantha and Lyndsey, and Brian Carpenter, father of Samantha and Lyndsey; His daughter Karie Hoffman and David Lipnicki; their children Adam Lipnicki; Colin Jordan; Fred Jordan, father to Colin. He is also survived by his father Leroy Hoffman and Georgia Phillips; his sisters Susan Cassill and Diane Beets. Dennis is preceded in death by his mother Etta Hoffman and his brother Steven Hoffman.
