Debra "Debbie" Williamson (McGinnis) received her wings on Tuesday, the 25th day of February 2020. Debbie fought a long intense 9-year battle with cancer. Her passing was sudden, and we share comfort in knowing that she is now at peace without pain.
Debbie is survived by her loving, devoted husband, and best friend of 45 years, Randy Williamson, as well as two loving sons, their wives, and "Nana" to four Grandsons: Tommy and Tara Williamson, and children Cole, and Jesse; Daniel and Kennan Williamson, and children Wesley, and Blaine. Amongst many close and dearly loved extended family, Debbie is also survived by her oldest sibling, Billy McGinnis. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Louise McGinnis, and her brother Gary McGinnis.
Debbie was born in Houston, TX and resided in Magnolia where she and Randy kept a cheerful home full of pawprints and warm memories. Her Mother-in-Law Joanne, whom Debbie adored so dearly, still lives just down the street. She loved the outdoors, whether it be attending to her garden, or relaxing under the night sky enjoying the company of many friends and family. Her Grandkids brought her so much joy and laughter. She especially loved to escape with her family to her happiest place in a cabin on the lake, having "Fine Times" boating on the waters of Lake Travis.
Our lives are forever changed by the loss of our family Matriarch. We will hold her memory in our hearts and continue to celebrate Nana's story as our family grows.
