Debra Sue Bach, age 74, of Cypress, passed away September 8th, 2025. She was born on May 30th, 1951, in Morrison, Illinois to Wilson George Slager and Gretchen (Hillman) Slager.

She is survived by her son, Erik (Rebecca) Bach; granddaughter Kaitlyn Bach; grandson Carter Bach; brother Thomas (Julie) Slager; sister-in-law Barbara (John) Nafziger; her two beloved dogs Charlie and Gracie; and several nephews.

Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Bach and youngest son, Christopher Bach.

She was a graduate of Pontiac Township High School (Pontiac, Illinois); a Legal Secretary for a decade early in her career, later retiring to become a full-time homemaker, for which there was no equal! Some of her lifetime passions included keeping an immaculate home, cooking, yardwork, travel, ceramics, personal fitness, racquetball, biking, and roller blading. She was a very devoted mother, wife, daughter, and friend, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her smile, sweet nature, and giving heart were readily apparent to all who met and knew her. She was fun-loving, adventurous, and the life of any social gathering.

The family will have a private service in her honor.
