Deborah Jean Kenny was born in Elgin, Illinois on April 6, 1952, and passed away in Houston, Texas on January 4, 2023.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Ivy Ramser.

Deborah is survived by her son, Christopher Kenny; her daughter, Kelly Sleeper; her grandchildren, Brooklynn Kenny, Sarah Sleeper, and Amanda Sleeper; and her siblings, William Ramser and Pamela Ramser.

Deborah will be laid to rest at a committal service at 11am on Saturday, March 25, 2023 in the Klein Mausoleum Chapel, 9714 FM2920, Tomball, Tx 77375.
