Deborah S. David, 57, of Magnolia, Texas, passed away on August 2, 2025, after a hard-fought and courageous battle with cancer.

Deborah was born on November 24, 1967, in Taft, California, to John and Donna Hixon. With unwavering determination and heart, she built and led one of the most respected real estate teams serving the greater Houston area—a true reflection of her drive, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

To know Deborah was to know love. She was an incredible wife, mother, Gigi, daughter, and sister whose devotion to her family was the guiding force of her life. Her love was unconditional and unmatched, and she gave it freely to those lucky enough to be close to her.

Deborah had a rare combination of strength and gentleness. She was ambitious and driven in all her pursuits, yet deeply kind and caring, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder to friends, colleagues, or even strangers who needed it. Her presence brought comfort, her words brought encouragement, and her actions left a lasting impact.

She loved animals, found joy in spending time with her young grandchildren, and cherished every moment of travel and adventure with her beloved husband, Don.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Don David; her parents, John and Donna Hixon; her brother, Rick Hixon; her daughters, Sarah Patton and Christine Hatch; and her treasured grandchildren, Abigail and Quintin.

Her family and friends will remember her for her warmth, her strength, her laughter, and the boundless love she gave so effortlessly.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 6, 2025 , at Northside Christian Church , 20250 Kuykendahl Rd., Spring, TX 77379. Casual dress, please.
