Debbie Darlene Diaz's Obituary
Debbie Darlene Brigdon Diaz, age 57, of Cypress, Texas passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017. After a long battle with cancer, she went peacefully in her home surrounded by her family.
She was born to the late Robert Bernard Brigdon and Lillie Louise Walker Brigdon on July 25, 1959, in Savannah, Georgia.
Debbie attended Jenkins High School in Savannah, Georgia, and graduated in 1977. In 1978, she moved to Houston, Texas where she met and married the love of her life, Mike C. Diaz who was her rock.

Debbie was strong and brave throughout her illness, always keeping a smile on her face. She was filled with compassion, a devoted wife and loving mother to her 4 children. She loved her family, the outdoors, gardening, painting, trying new recipes, trips to the beach, and visits to her home town of Savannah, Georgia.
Debbie is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Mike C. Diaz; their children, Kristina Diaz Collier (Erik Collier), Heather Diaz, Allison Diaz Pasquini (Gus Pasquini), and Matthew Diaz; granddaughter, Olivia Kate Pasquini; brother, Ronald Ted Brigdon; sisters, Betty Jane Brigdon Shuman and Linda Faye Brigdon Phillips; and numerous loving relatives and friends.
The family wishes to thank all of those who were supportive and cared for her during her last few months.
Family and friends will hold a Memorial Service at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 6th, 2017 at Klein Funeral Home. The address is 9719 Wortham Blvd., Houston, Texas 77065.
