On Oct 27th 2021, David Allen Platow, loving husband, son father and grandfather passed away at the age of 55 after a battle with cancer.  David was born October 26, 1966 to David Platow SR and Lyla Budgett Platow.  He was the oldest brother of Dan Platow (wife Tara Platow) and Kelly Platow.

David joined the Army after high school and served for 3 years.

David married Kristy Staples and had 2 sons, Dustin Daniel Platow (wife Chelsea Brook Platow) and Taylor James Platow.  In 2010 David married Shawna Brobston and became the stepfather to 3 more boys, Dustin Allen Brobston, Dillon Evan Hartman and Dalton Lee Hartman.

David was a follower of Christ and took comfort in this knowledge during his battle with cancer.  He enjoyed golfing and fishing but took the greatest amount of joy spending time with his granddaughter Autumn.
