Obituary

On Thursday, September 6, 2018, David Lawrence Lindsay, a loving husband, father, son, and friend, passed away in Spring,Texas, at the age of 50.

David was born on March 14, 1968, to Kenneth and Neva Lindsay and lived his early childhood years in Friendswood. They moved to Spring in 1978 where he attended Hildebrandt Intermediate School and Klein Oak High School. They returned to the Clear Lake area where he graduated with his childhood friends from Clear Creek High School in 1986. He attended Texas A&M University before moving back to Houston where he received his Bachelor's Degree from University of Houston.

In 1996, he met Kelly and they were married, starting their family in the Clear Lake area, with Kelly's daughter, Paige Elizabeth. They brought three more beautiful girls - Peyton Alison, Parker Anne, and Presley Abigail - into the world. In 2001, he was baptized at The Crossing Church in The Woodlands, Texas. In July 2013, he moved to Tomball, and in September 2015, he met the love of his life, Amy, and gained three more bonus children with her -  Madalyn, Dawson, and Olivia.

David was known for his quick wit, infectious smile and bright blue eyes. He had a gentle spirit and giving heart.  He was an avid sports fan and loved watching and reading about football. David also loved to read about any current events. He had a passion for all genres of music; he was truly an old soul when it came to music. Of all the things he loved and cared about, David adored his family the most.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Neva. He is survived by his father, Kenneth Lindsay; his wife, Amy; his three daughters, Peyton, Parker and Presley; his four bonus children, Paige, Madalyn, Dawson, and Olivia;  and many loving friends. There was no one like David. May God welcome him with open arms.
