Went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the age of 66 after a courageous battle with Cancer.

David was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, but he got to Texas as fast as he could. He was raised in Houston and Shiner Texas.

He served proudly in the US Navy for 4 years during the Vietnam War.

He was employed for 42 years with Stewart & Stevenson Services where he started as a Diesel Mechanic and worked his way up to the Manager Warranty Administration.

He is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth Jones and Magdalene Jalufka Johnson.

He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Patricia Jones, daughters; Kimberley Anderson, Laura Jasinski, brothers; Mike Jones and wife Melody, Larry Jones and wife Vicki and Kenneth Jones and wife Lyn; grandchildren, Kaitlynn Jasinski, Kamie Jasinski, Chase Anderson, Chloe Anderson and Levi Anderson, Niece, Makenzie Jones; niece Jennifer Degutis; sister-in-law, Dianne Emler, Nephews, Marcus Coffman, Jeremy Coffman, Chris Emler and numerous great nieces, nephews and cousins.
