Daniel Martinez, born June 9, 1966, passed away peacefully at home to be with our Lord on September 6, 2023. He was born in Mexico to his father, Aureliano, and his mother, Maria de Jesus.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Blanca Martinez; his son, Daniel Martinez; and daughter, Gabriela Martinez; his brothers Tony, Miguel, and Aureliano; and sisters Gabriela and Luz.

Daniel was a great husband, loving father, and a hard worker. There won't be a day that goes by that he won't be missed dearly. Daniel was welcoming and touched the hearts of many people. Anywhere he went, he made friends; some of which are family till this day. He had a kind heart and never hesitated to help someone, if help was needed. He was a simple man who enjoyed traveling and being around friends and family, but also wished to be unbothered on Sundays as he stated, "Sundays are to rest". Daniel fought every day for years to beat cancer but after many years he lost the battle to colon cancer and is now resting in Heaven with our Lord, his mother Maria, his brothers Carlos and Ricardo, and his sister Raquel.

Life will not be the same without you, but may he forever live in our hearts, always remembered and never forgotten.

Friends are invited to visit with the family between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Thursday, September 14, at Klein Funeral Home - CyFair Northwest, 9719 Wortham Boulevard, Houston, TX 77065, where the Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, September 15, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 6646 Addicks Satsuma Road, Houston, TX 77084.
