Daniel Harper, 68 of Houston passed away October 10, 2016.  He was born April 8, 1948 in Fort Wayne, IN to Marie Harper and the late Russell Harper.  Daniel was a retired engineer having worked for TXDOT.

He is survived by his mother, Marie Harper, sisters, Karla Boissenet, Jann Sanford, and Lorri KcKnight; brothers, Reed Harper and wife Sonja, and Gene Harper and wife Nancy; nephews, Chuck Boissenet and wife Belinda, Erik Boissenet and wife Kenzey, Wade Harper and wife Kelsey; niece, Rose Harper; one grand nephew and one grand niece; many friends from Revolution Class and a very special friend Michel Koester.

In addition to his father, Daniel was preceded in death by a sister, Rhonda Harper.

A time of visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 pm with the funeral service to begin at 2:30 pm at the Klein Funeral Home Chapel, 9719 Wortham Blvd., Houston, TX 77065.
