Daniel Joseph Antos passed away on the evening of May 28, 2019 at the N. Cypress Hospital.  Daniel J. Antos was born June 2, 1940 to Francis Kulpand and Joseph Antos in Amsterdam, NY.  He is preceded in death by both parents, and is survived by daughters, Kathleen Heintz,Elizabeth Menglius, sons, Albert and Michael Antos.

Dan was raised in Amsterdam, NY.  He graduated from Amsterdam High School in 1957.  While attending Cornell University he married Michele Kenn on July 2, 1961.  He graduated in 1961.

Dan enjoyed gardening, farming, and training horses.  He was self employed for approximately 20 years.  Dan divorced mom in 1998 and subsequently moved to Bonita, FLA where he resided for 12 years.

He then moved to Houston, TX in 2011, where he enjoyed a quiet life, working part time, reading, swimming, and taking long walks.

Dan's last day was spent with loving family and his favorite meal.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 1 pm at the Turning Point Center, 1701 Jacquelyn Dr., Houston, Texas.
