Dalton Lee Bodle

On July 1st, 2023, Heaven Received A Strong-Willed Angel.

Dalton Lee Bodle was born on August 16th, 1996.  He grew up in north Houston and attended Tomball Memorial High School. In his early childhood Dalton enjoyed baseball, football, and the outdoors. Never a fan of structured curriculum, Dalton was fulfilled more by hands-on labor. He held jobs that involved being outdoors, in the oil field, residential maintenance, and sales. While working, he was always thinking about the next best thing, how to improve the status quo. As a hardworking, independent, and loyal employee, he couldn't help but let his entrepreneurial mindset take over.

In what little personal time he had available, Dalton loved getting out of the city for time out in the country with those that he loved in the places he loved. On the weekends, you could find him at the lake, in the woods, or at the mud park; fishing, hunting, barbecuing, and most recently, working on his golf game. There was nothing that he loved more than his time spent in the outdoors, his ultimate goal was owning a couple acres to call home to get away from it all.

Anyone that was close to Dalton earned one of his hilarious, fitting nicknames which further defined their title and purpose in his life. Whether it was true or not, your nickname was up to Dalton. He had a contagious smile and a huge heart. He commanded a room with his presence. Dalton was a man who never met a stranger and left everywhere with a few more friends than he when he had arrived.

Unfortunately for us, Dalton's time on earth was way too short. However, anytime spent with Dalton was time well spent. Dalton loved and cared for people more than anything in this world. He provided a beaming light of joy in the hearts of so many during his time. When feeling down and out, there was no one better at shooting it to you straight and offering a motivating pep-talk to get you back on track.

The impact Dalton made in his limited time with us was immeasurable. If Dalton loved or cared about you, you had the most loyal of friends. He would do anything for you. Even though Dalton is in a much better place, he is terribly missed by those he left behind. The family deeply appreciates the continuous support and prayers during this incredibly tough time.
