Cynthia Rey Huestis O'Quin, of Tomball, passed away August 11, 2016 at her home. She was born December 27, 1945 in Houston, Texas to Charles and Martha Ashe Huestis. She was preceded in death by her husband Julius O'Quin in 2012. She is survived by her sons, Charles O'Quin and wife Krista, Rev. Troy O'Quin and wife Camille; brothers, Charles Ronald Huestis wife Donna, Allan Huestis and wife Teresa; grandchildren, Abigail and Sophia.
