Cindy Sue Cross Garcia passed away on September 30, 2020 in her parent's home after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Cindy was born in Kankakee, Illinois on January 4, 1966. She's survived by her parents, Lance and Marcia Cross, her sisters Amy Griesemer and Lisa Cross, brothers Lance Cross Jr. and Randy Cross, and stepchildren Michael Garcia and Monica Garcia, She was preceded in death by her husband, Abel Garcia, grandparents Harold and Ione Cross and Marion and Helen Clement.Cindy was a pre-school teacher at Windwood Presbyterian Church. Her students and their parents loved her; she kept up with many of them during the last days of her life. Cindy was brave, strong and independent especially as she fought for life. She spent much of her adult years serving others in so many ways. Cindy was a beautiful example of what it meant to love Jesus and surrendered her soul to Him. She will be missed and remain deep in the hearts of those who love her.

Funeral Services will be held On October 24, 2020 at 1:00 pm. at Klein Urn Garden 32539 SH 249 Pinehurst.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be given to Harbor Hospice.
