Curtis Arthur McCauley, Jr. of Willis, Tx, passed away on September 17, 2021 surrounded by his family.

Curt was born on February 13, 1958 to Curtis and Mary McCauley of Cypress, Tx. After graduating from Cy-Fair High School in 1976, he went on to work at his father's business, McCauley Lumber, where he worked for over 45 years until his death.

In 2000, he met the love of his life, Niki and they wed in 2001, going on to have one child, Curtis Arthur McCauley, III. The 21 years he was married to Niki were the happiest years of his life.

Curt had a huge zest for life and lived each day to the fullest. He greatly enjoyed fishing and hunting, where he participated in many tournaments and went on numerous, big hunts to Alaska and Africa, among others.

Curt is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Niki McCauley and their son, Curtis McCauley III; his daughters, Jennifer McCauley and Jessica Farris; his sisters, Lynn Konikowski, Karen Highsmith and Kathy Philipp; his brother, John-Fisher McCauley; and his three grandchildren, Jace, Braxton and Layla.
