Crystal Renee Milsaps was born on November 18, 1981, in Houston Texas and passed away on June 30, 2023. Crystal was a loving daughter, a devoted wife, a doting mother, sister and a dear friend to many.

At a very early age, it was obvious that Crystal could do anything she set her mind to. She was a shining example of strength, resilience and unwavering love.

After graduating from the University of Houston in 2005 with an Accounting degree, she married the love of her life Eli Milsaps on October 29, 2005. Within a few years, Eli and Crystal welcomed 2 sons Logan (16) and Mason (13) into their lives. Her sons were her greatest pride and joy. Crystal poured her heart and soul into raising them and cherished every moment of their lives. She was their biggest cheerleader attending every wrestling match they had and provided unwavering support. Her love for her children knew no bounds.

Beyond her family, Crystal had a deep affection for her dogs Cedar and Maggie. In just recent days she had shed light with Eli that she wanted to inquire about training Maggie to be a service dog.

Crystal faced her share of challenges in life, but through it all, she held onto her faith. She found solace and strength in her relationship with the Lord. Her faith guided her through both the joyful and difficult moments of her life. Crystal had been struggling with depression and alcohol for a few years. She sought both professional and spiritual help and did her best to fight.  Despite the heavy burdens she carried, she never lost the capacity to love those around her.

Her memory will forever be etched in our hearts and her legacy will continue to inspire us. Let us remember her with smiles, laughter and with gratitude for the time we had with her.

Today, as we bid farewell, we remember Crystal's love, fierce determination and the immeasurable love she poured into her role as a mother.  We take solace knowing her spirit will watch over her children and guide them through life's challenges.  While we mourn her loss, we take comfort knowing she is at peace with our heavenly father.
As we say goodbye, Crystal, your light will forever shine in our hearts.  Until we meet again in heaven and share eternal peace.

Crystal is survived by her loving husband Eli Milsaps, sons Logan and Mason, stepson Tyler; Parents Bob and Kathy Smith; Father Stanley Smith; Sister Kayla Smith and her husband Mark Trusty; Grandparents Robert and Mary Tannehill; Mother-in law Joan Milsaps and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
