It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Craig Andrew McCormick, who left us on May 30, 2025, at the age of 54. Craig was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, and friend whose fun-loving nature and passion for life impacted everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Born on May 1, 1971, in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia, Craig lived a life full of love, laughter, and purpose. He was known for his adventurous spirit, unwavering dedication to his family, and his deep passion for all things mechanical and fast. Craig's innovative ideas, and crazy schemes were often left of center, but in line with his unique sense of humor.
Craig is survived by his wife, Pip, and children - Imogen, Rhiannon, Reece, Saxon and Bryn.
He is also survived by his parents Helen and David, and brothers Garry and Lee.
He is preceded in death by his stepfather Lenny.
A celebration of Craig's life will be held on Friday 13th, June, 2025 at Klein Funeral Home, 1400 West Main Street, Tomball, TX, where friends and loved ones can gather to honor and remember the force of nature that he was. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to: Racing for Kids, a charity that uses its distinctive position within the racing world to bring attention and funding to child health institutions.
Craig will be deeply missed but never forgotten. His legacy of love and kindness lives on in the hearts of those who knew him.
