Cory Lynn Matthews, 48, of Tomball, TX, passed away on August 23rd, 2021 after a six
week long battle with COVID-19.

Cory was born on June 4th, 1973 to Deborah Ann Matthews in Baytown, TX.
After his first child was born in 1991 he started his first company in Spring, TX,
kickstarting a 30 year career in the Fire Alarm Industry.

Cory went on to have three children, Brittany Matthews, Bradley Matthews, and Bryce
Matthews.

Cory's favorite times were spent with his family. He loved to fish, hunt, and travel which
he did often with his family and friends.

Cory was predeceased by his Grandfather- James Matthews, Grandmother- Nana Lou
Matthews, and Father- Mark Rose. He is survived by his Mother-Deborah 'Debbie'
Matthews, Daughter-Brittany Matthews, Son-Bradley Matthews, Son- Bryce Matthews,
Grandchildren- Micah and Moriah Castillo, Fiance-Jennifer Gormanous, Aunt and
Uncle- Marcia and Coy Reed, Aunt- Lou Ann Capps, and several cousins.

Services will be held at Klein Funeral home on Friday, September 3rd 2021 at 2PM
