Clive Frazer was born in Houston December 16, 1940 to David Frazer and Edna Dato. After Graduating from High School he joined the Army in April of 1959 until 1962 where he spent most of his time stationed in Swinford, Germany in a tank division. In April of 1963 he began working at Southwestern Bell Telephone where he worked for 38 years for Southwestern Bell, AT&T, Lucent and Avaya. After retiring from Avaya he also worked for Prairie View A&M University for 5 years. It was also at Southwestern Bell he met his wife of almost 45 years Jacquelyn Frazer and they married from July 15, 1967 until her death on June 11, 2012. They had and raised three children David, John, and Holly. His pride and joy was when his two grand children were born Justin and Ashley Denison. The last seven years he spent with his girlfriend Nelly Puig, who took care of him.
