Clifford Edward Petterson died on November 13, 2019 following a short illness surrounded by his wife of 26 years, Karen Martin, his step-son, Stuart, daughter Andrea and Jay Rotunno. Memorial Services with Military Honors will be held on Monday, November 25, 2019 at Klein's Funeral Home, in Magnolia, TX with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. and services to begin at 11:00 a.m.

Clifford was born on August 25, 1944 in Queens, NY to William and Marie Petterson. He was father to three daughters, one son, one step-son, and grandfather to eight grandchildren.

He proudly served in the Army Special Forces in Vietnam receiving several medals of valor, including a Purple Heart. His hobbies included traveling with his wife throughout the United States and Canada, cooking, gardening and all things in nature.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Martin, daughters Andrea Petterson (Jay), Janine Corrigan (Kevin) and Lauren Weinpel (Jarret), step-son, Stuart Slaughter (Leslie), granddaughters Morgan, Jenna, Morgan, Keira, Angelina and grandsons Taylor, Jacob, Matthew, Clifford and Jarret. He is preceded in death by his parents William and Marie Petterson and his brother William Petterson and his son, Clifford M. Petterson.
