Christy Johnson, 54, of Tomball, passed away December 1st, 2024, at her home surrounded by her husband and children. She was born September 14th, 1970, in Louisville, Kentucky to Jerry Allison Berry and Ann Stribling Berry.

She is survived by her father and stepmother Jerry and Charlene Berry; her husband, Todd Johnson; her children Jacob Ruiz; Katie Ruiz-Peña and husband, Christopher; Amber Kronmiller and husband, Kurt; her grandkids, Liam Ruiz, Lily Ruiz, Lane Ruiz, Cheyenne Flanagan, Harper Flanagan, and Jameson Kronmiller; and numerous nieces and nephews; her siblings, Donna Berry, Catherine Anderson and husband, Mark; Michael Berry and wife, Tammie; BJ McMaster and wife, Laura; Tony McMaster, and Leslie McMaster; her step siblings, Jeremy Hebert and wife Windy; Kay Parker and huband Brian.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ann, and sister, Cindy Berry.

Christy was a passionate person who loved to take care of all things. After spending years working in the hospitals as an LVN, through hard work and determination she became an RN. After working a few more years in the hospital system, she became a home health nurse. Following her nursing career, she worked side by side with her husband to build their family construction company. After retiring, she filled her days at their ranch tending to the dogs, horses and even Todd. She enjoyed learning about her numerous exotic plants and crafting every chance she got. Christy's favorite thing was definitely spoiling her grandkids as often, and as much as possible.

The family will receive visitors for a celebration of life on Friday, December 6th, from 9am at Klein Funeral Home, 1400 West Main Street, Tomball, Texas 77375. Celebration Services will start at 10am, with Pastor Daniel Rose officiating. Interment to follow in Klein Memorial Park, 32539 State Highway 249, Pinehurst, Texas 77362.

Serving as pallbearers are Mitchell Michel, Christopher Peña, Kurt Kronmiller Jr., John Ruiz, Melvin Michel, Brandon Burts; honorary pallbearers Kim Kimbrell, Hunter Jourdan, and Michael Berry.
