Christine Catherine Skweres, beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Aunt. Pupa, "our little doll", gained her angel wings on Friday, March 3, 2017 in Houston, Texas. She will be joining her husband, Roman, with our Lord in heaven.

Christine was born on October 25, 1932 to John and Hedwig Kmiec in Chappell Hill, Texas.

Christine held her family very close to her heart and will be dearly missed by them all. Her favorite past time was being surrounded by her family and enjoying their company. She will be remembered most for her soft spoken words, gentle and caring ways, and loving personality. Grandma never spoke a harsh word, and only had kind words to say to everyone.

She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, four brothers, and five sisters. She is survived by her six children, their spouses, fourteen grandchildren, sister Lucy, and brother Johnnie.

Viewing will begin at 5 pm, with a Rosary to begin at 7 PM on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Klein Funeral Home. David Jezierski will officiate.

Mass will begin at 1 pm at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Spring, Texas on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. Father Tom Rafferty will officiate.

Interment will begin at 3:33pm at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery in Chappell Hill, Texas. Father Joseph Muziol will officiate.
