Charlotte Ann Kilgore Reynolds passed away on January 30, 2018, at the age of 82 years after a brief illness in Tomball Hospital. She was born in Houston, Texas on May 6, 1935 to Swanee Downs Kilgore and Alene Mae Kilgore. In 1955 she married William Owens; The marriage ended in divorce. In 1970 she was re-married to Richard B. Reynolds. Charlotte is survived by her brother, Thomas Kilgore; her sons, David Owens and Grady Owens; Daughters Kimberley Sloan and Tracy Owens; Grandchildren Patrick Sloan, Coley Sloan and Grant Owens; Great grandson Elliott Sloan.
