Charlotte Matthews Jordan, age 86, graduated to heaven on Saturday, June 12, 2021 in Houston, Texas. She is now joyfully residing in the presence of her precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

As a wonderful Mom and Mimi, she leaves behind a large family including son, Danny Myles and daughters, Sandy Midkiff and husband James, Sherri Knezek and husband Gary and Jana Gables and husband Grant. She was blessed with 4 grandchildren: Wayne Davis III, Danielle Myles, Natalie and Alec Gables; and 5 great grandchildren – Madison, Kemper, Colton and Kingsten Davis and Kaden Pointer.

Charlotte was born on January 28, 1935 in Oak Grove, Oklahoma and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas graduating from Roy Miller High School. In addition to being a loving and dedicated mother / mimi, she was also a licensed real estate agent. Charlotte lived a simple life with a true pioneer spirit- keep God first in your life, work hard with determination and an intense focus on the importance of family. Although she is deeply loved and will be missed much, there is comfort knowing that she is happy and healthy once again, and we will be reunited with her in the presence of our Savior.

A wake / viewing service is being held June 15 from 5-7pm at Klein Funeral Home 9719 Wortham Rd., Houston, TX. with a private family burial.
