Charley Denson Holloway Jr. was born in Houston, Texas on October 4, 1948, and passed away in Pinehurst, Texas on December 7, 2021 surrounded by his sons and daughter.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charley D. Holloway Sr. and Gertrude A. Holloway (Leenen), his brother, William O. Holloway Sr., and his son-in-law, Jared T. Spafford.

Charley is survived by his sons, Jack and Michael Wilburn, his daughter, Nicole Holloway-Spafford, his sisters, Anne Holloway Landry and husband Ronnie, Bette Holloway Remmert and husband Jeff, and Marie Holloway Crumbley, his children's mother, Linda Harris Holloway, and his dog and constant companion, Pepper.  He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends he loved.
