Charles R. Starling, 65, of Magnolia, passed away June 7, 2018.  He was born August 16, 1952, in Crossett Arkansas to the late CT Starling and Jeanette Hunter Starling.

He is survived by his wife, Debra K. Starling; daughter Jinnifer R. Barrett and husband Alen W.; granddaughters, Adyson Grace Barrett and McKenna Leigh Barrett; sister, Peggy Moyer; nieces and nephews, Kathy Wells, Teresa Vitz, Troy Lohr, Samantha Wells, Ethan Wells, Kaelyn Grace Wells, Bobby Jacques, Crystal Rolen, Samantha Busa, Dillon Busa, Tori Marcotte Marklon LaRoche, and William LaRoche, and many others; and best friend, Mike Norwood as well as numerous others.
