Charles "Charlie" Ralph Parker, 92, of Tomball, TX., passed away in the early morning hours of June 29, 2022. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Moira, his grandson Cody Allen Parker, his parents Charles B Parker and Clara Pate Parker, and brothers W.A. Farmer, Jesse H. Parker. Charlie was born in Houston, TX on June 28, 1930. He graduated from Cypress-Fairbanks High School in 1950 and attended Blinn Jr College before joining the U.S. Navy. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1951 to early 1955 on board the USS Sabine (AO-25). Charlie enjoyed planning and attending his ship reunions that were held all over the U.S. He was also a lifetime member of the VFW Post 2427 in Tomball. He married his sweetheart, Moira Ann Beggs on June 26, 1955.

Charlie worked for HL&P for many years retiring in 1982. He worked alongside Joe Sebesta at Tomball Ford, transporting vehicles all over the United States from 1983-2010. In the early years Charlie helped start Tomball little league baseball and later the Red Cats Youth Football League. He was also a devoted coach.

He enjoyed spending time in his garden, tending to and watching his cows, sewing, going hunting, fishing, and shopping trips to Wal-Mart. He was also a fan of watching westerns, football, baseball, golf, and the Olympic Games on television while sitting in his recliner.

Charlie is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Gerald Ralph and K. Michele Parker; grandchildren Kimberly Parker, Lonnie Eason, and Charles (Chaz) Edward Parker; step-grandchildren Jonathan R., Samantha Nicol, and Maggie K. Nicol; step-great granddaughters Nova Fox Nicol and Aaliyah Sage Nicol; son and daughter-in-law Clay Arthur Parker and Brenda Pope; grandchildren Joshua Parker, Jacobi Parker-Holder, Colton Holder, Danette Anselmo, and sweet friend Brittany Rodriguez; daughter and son-in-law Debbie Parker and Steve Spann; granddaughter Paige Spann; his devoted dog, Moe and numerous other relatives and friends.
