Charles David Hoover
01/14/1940 – 11/13/2020

On November 13, 2020 Charles lost his battle with Leukemia and entered the pearly gates of Heaven. Preceded in death by his brother Jackie Hoover.

Charles is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl Hultquist, his brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Genevieve Orr and brother Alfred Orr.  Also survived by his loving daughter and son-in-law Lynette and Larry West, son and daughter-in-law John and Kimberly Hoover and daughter and son-in-law Anissa and Tony Webb. Two stepsons and daughter-in-law's Ron and Della Hultquist and Ryan and Kimberly Hultquist.  Grandchildren: Frances Travis, Rebecca Bratton, Hilton Hoover, Victoria Adams, Aaron Webb , Gabby and Sofia Hoover and Lennon Hultquist, and 9 great grandchildren mourn this wonderful grandfather.  Charles was also loved by Cheryl's sisters and brother-in-law's, Jackie and James Fowler, Sandy and Bill Horine and Cindy and Clif Sturm, the HTA (Houston Tennis Association) family, and his golf buddies from River Terrace Golf Club.  It didn't take long for those who met Charles to see his sincerity and loving heart.

Celebration of his life will be held November 17 ^th , 2:00 PM at Fellowship of the Nations Church at 13305 Woodforest Blvd, Houston, Texas 77015.
