Charles Douglas Henson Junior, native Texan, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family after suffering a long illness.

Doug was born October 22, 1955, in San Benito, Texas, to Charles Douglas Henson Senior and Betty Jean Guinn.

Doug is preceded in death by his father, Charles Douglas Henson Senior.

He is survived by the love of his life of 35 years, wife Donna Sue Henson, son Casey Douglas, son Charles Matthew, daughter Lauren Suzanne. Grandchildren: Chase Daniel, Ty Jacob and Emma Jean. Mother: Betty Jean Rumbo Siblings: brother Rick Henson, sister Cindy Kennedy. Niece: Keppie Williams Nephews: Travis Kennedy & Jake Henson.

Doug, a man with strong work ethic and convictions to be admired. His greatest joys in life were his children, grandchildren and time spent with family. He loved adventure and was known as "Mr. Excitement". His presence will be greatly missed, but his spirit will always be with us.
