Charles Curtis Jr., age 77, passed away Friday, January 25, 2019 in Houston, Texas.
Charles was born in Wichita Falls, Texas and grew up in Pharr, Texas graduating from PSJA High School in 1960. In 1965 he married Marilyn Miller and spent 54 years happily married.
In 1966, after graduating from Texas A&I University, Charles joined Cameron Iron Works celebrating his 50th anniversary with the company in 2016. His long and varied career included stints in South Africa, Norway, Argentina and Houston, TX.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents Charles, Sr. and Elaine and leaves behind his wife, Marilyn, his daughter, Laurie Brandli and husband Kirk, his sons, Trey Curtis and wife Missy and Cliff Curtis and wife Sandra and grandchildren, Lauren, Trevor, Travis, Jacob, Preston, Payton, Ava, Alex and Sofia.
Charles was a wonderful athlete, and avid sports fan but most of all, he was an amazing husband, father and grandfather.
