Charlene Marie Molnar, 72, passed away February 1, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. She was born December 14, 1945 in Joliet, IL to Joe and Susan Getson. She received her Master's degree in teaching from Illinois State University. In 1982 she moved to Houston, where she taught English for most of her career. Prior to retiring she taught English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. Charlene enjoyed being with family most, especially during the holidays. She was the hostess of many family gatherings over the years, opening her home for many great family memories.

She is survived by her husband, Brian Molnar; sister, Cindy Peters; son, Mark Molnar and wife Viviana; son, Dave Molnar; grandchildren, Jacob, Amanda, Alex, and Emmaline Molnar; and step grandchildren, Madi Harmer and Cole Nord.

The family thanks all of their friends for their support and prayers. A viewing will be held at 1:00pm, followed by a service at 2:00pm, on Monday February 5, at Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forrest Dr., Spring, TX, 77379.
