Charlene Craig (81) passed away on May 9, 2022 in Houston, TX.

A memorial service will be held at Klein Funeral Home on June 4, 2022 at 2:00 with a reception following.

Charlene was born in Independence Missouri to Charles and Ruby Webster. She attended Central H.S. class of 1958. She and Gary, her husband for 62 years, moved to Houston, TX in 1974.

Charlene spent over 4 decades as a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and was appointed as a diplomat of the HLS&R International Committee. She was a member of the Coastal Cattle Women, the DAR, and pioneered association management and meeting planning in Houston and surrounding areas.

A lifetime Methodist, she was a choir member and children's choir leader in Independence, MO, Raytown, MO, and Houston.

She is survived by her husband Gary, children: Michael Craig, Christopher Craig-Seawright and son-in-law Doug Seawright, as well as her sister: Betty Lou Jones and beloved nephews and nieces.
