Catherine Janel Johnson was born on July 14, 1965 in Houston, Tx. She passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024 at the age of 59. She graduated from Spring High School in 1983 and  attended Texas A&M University. She spent her career in the health insurance industry until she left 10 years ago to help take care of her parents.

She is survived by her parents, Charles John And JoAnn Booth Johnson, sister Cristi Johnson Hufstedler and husband Tyson Hufstedler, niece and nephew Haley and Jake Hufstedler, Aunt Sandra Johnson Smith, and numerous Johnson and Booth cousins.

Funeral service will be held Monday, August 5, 2024 at Spring Baptist Church: 10am Visitation, 11am Service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the singles ministry fund at Spring Baptist Church.

We would like to thank her doctors and nurses that cared for her during her last week at Methodist Houston Hospital in the Medical Center.
