Carson Blake Collins, 16, of Tomball, TX, passed away June 2, 2022.  He was born September 17, 2005, in Houston, Texas.

He is survived by his father and mother Chris & Misti Collins.

Carson tried to present a tough looking exterior, however, he was a sensitive, loving, and tender-hearted person.  That was him.  This was obvious to all who knew him.  He had a care-free demeanor that lead to fun and laughter.  His t-shirts & banter would always make you laugh.  He loved football and was diligently working out daily to become a better player, and it showed.  He was a Tomball Cougar and looked forward to playing varsity football.

We saw him developing into a young man that held eye contact when he shook your hand.  Men have come forward over the last few days and told Chris how Carson would leave his teenage friends to go say hello.  He was learning to hold a conversation as a grown man and was becoming a leader.  A man among the boys.

Carson never left anyone without his sweet smile and a hug.  He made sure you heard that he loved you each time you were with him.  If you were one of the lucky ones, Carson actually sought you out in a crowd.  He zeroed in and gave that attack hug.  He wanted you to know you were loved.  The other big side of Carson was his sense of adventure.  Five minutes notice, or five months, if it seemed challenging, he was in.

He trusted Jesus to be his savior and was seeking God's direction for his life.  He is greatly loved and will always be missed.

The family will receive visitors Friday, June 10, 2022, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Houston Northwest Church, 19911 State Highway 249, Houston, TX 77070. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Champion Forest Baptist Church, 15555 Stuebner Airline Rd, Houston, TX 77069. Private burial.

Serving as pallbearers are Thomas Walker, Dalton Hoffart, Bly Oestrike, Colby Dawson, Aidan  Burnham, Landon Collins, Brody Stanton.
