Carrie Marie Gullo Virgadamo, 87, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 3, 2021. Carrie was born on January 6, 1934 in Bryan, TX to Louis and Mary Gullo. She is a graduate of Reagan High School.
Carrie worked in banking, was a loving homemaker and caretaker for her four grandchildren. She also enjoyed helping her husband manage their rental properties. Carrie was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church.
Carrie is survived by her daughter, Linda Thrower (John); grandchildren, Katherine Bonds (Jonathan),
Elizabeth Peltier (Jacob), Joe Thrower (Kaitlin), and Kristianne Culver (Josh); great-grandsons, Jackson and Brady Bonds, Hayes and Wyatt Peltier; and her son-in-law Mark Walicki.
She was welcomed into heaven by her beloved husband of 58 years, Joseph Virgadamo and daughter, Marietta Walicki; along with parents - Louis and Mary Gullo and sister, Josephene Lester. Carrie was a devoted aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 8, 2021 from 5pm-8pm with Rosary/Vigil 7pm at Klein Funeral Home at 16131 Champion Forest Dr., Spring, TX 77379. Funeral Mass will be at 11am Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church, 7810 Cypresswood Dr., Spring, TX 77379. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, 8022 Airline Dr., Houston, TX 77037.
